How do I brew Sthira teas?

Each tea has its own gentle rhythm. As a general guide: add one teaspoon (or one tea bag) to a cup of hot water at 85–95°C. Steep for 3–5 minutes, breathe in the aroma, and sip slowly. Specific brewing instructions are included on every pack.

Are your teas 100% natural and organic?

Yes. All Sthira teas are made with 100% natural ingredients — no artificial flavours, no synthetic additives, and no preservatives. We source herbs that align with Ayurvedic traditions and are committed to keeping our blends as close to nature as possible.

How long does one pack last?

This depends on how often you brew. On average, one pack yields approximately 20–30 cups, making it a gentle companion for about 3–4 weeks of daily use.

Do you ship across India?

Yes — we ship pan-India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 4–7 working days, depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us on WhatsApp or email and we will make it right. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Can I use these teas every day?

Absolutely. Our teas are crafted for daily rituals. They are gentle, nourishing, and designed to be a sustainable part of your wellness routine — not a quick fix, but a quiet, consistent practice.

Do your teas contain caffeine?

Most of our teas are naturally caffeine-free, including our Butterfly Pea Flower Blue Tea and Calm Ritual Tea. We always mention caffeine content clearly on the product page and packaging so you can choose what feels right for your body and your day.
